Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking link by both SMS as soon as your order is dispatched from our partner pharmacy. The link lets you see live progress, expected delivery date, and any delivery exceptions.

If you have not received a tracking link:

•        Reply to your order confirmation email or chat with us on the messenger service on our website with your order number and we will resend.
