Can I get more than one month of medication sent to me?

If you are a subscription customer and need an extra month’s worth of medication, for example if you're travelling or want to skip your period, please email us at support@contro.co.za and we can arrange for the delivery of an extra month’s worth of medication.

You will be charged for the price of your medication and our service fee for each of the month's you require upfront.

If you are a medical aid customer, some medical aid schemes do not allow for additional claims to be made for the same medication in the same month, and you may be required to pay privately for the extra month's supply. Our Partner Pharmacy will contact you if there is an issue with your claim.

Please note, if you have placed an order for one of the once-off order services, you will need to create a new order on your Contro profile in order to receive an updated prescription for further medication. Your assigned doctor will need to re-evaluate your continued/progressive symptoms and determine more advanced treatment plans to further assist you.
