If you previously paused your subscription with Zapmed, you are able to re-start your subscription within 3 months (90 days) of this paused date.

If you paused your subscription more than 3 months ago, your order will be cancelled automatically and you will be required to make a make a new order and attend another digital consultation to receive an updated prescription. .
