How do I cancel my order?
Subscription services
If you are on one of our subscription services and would like to cancel your subscription after your initial order, you can do on on your Contro profile. To do so, please login, and click on 'My Orders' from the menu options.
Here you will be able to see all your past orders. You can click the "Cancel This Order" under each order you would like to cancel, as seen demonstrated below next to the orange arrow:
Please note, you can only cancel your subscription when any current order has been dispatched or delivered. You cannot cancel a subscription that has an order currently being processed by our Partner Pharmacy.
Please ensure you cancel your subscription prior to your repeat payment date each month. If you have already been charged for your medication or your next month's subscription, we are unable to refund this. This is because once payment is made, your next month's prescription is generated and sent to our Partner Pharmacy for processing, and your medication is assigned to you.
Please note, once you have cancelled your order, any prescription you had will also be cancelled. Therefore, if you wish to restart your subscription, you will need to create a new order and reconsult with one of our Partner Doctors.

Once-off services
If you have signed up for one of our once-off services and would like to cancel your order prior to your consultation, please contact us at support@contro.co.za. You can review our Refund Policy in our Terms and Conditions and check out our article Can I get a refund for my consultation?
Please note, we cannot refund any medication fees.
