Can I update or change the email address attached to my profile?


In the event that you need to change or update your account email address, you can:



Continue to log into your Contro profile even if you have lost access to your email address, but please note, you will not receive any transactional emails regarding your orders.
Set up a forwarding route for all Contro emails to your new email address.
Create a new profile with your new email address and submit a new order.
