How do I update or add my Medical Aid information to my profile?

To update or add your Medical Aid information:



Login to your account.
Navigate to “Payment Methods” from the menu options.
Under your card information, you will find the medical aid details section which you can then update.
To submit your changes, click the blue "Submit" button at the bottom of the page.

TIP: Your dependent code refers to the member number, as an example, if you are the main and only member on your medical aid, your dependent code would be 00



Please Note: Updates will only come into effect from your next order. If your order is processed and these details are updated after your payment has been processed, they will not be received by the pharmacy.

To view your next orders, you can review the "Next repeat date" section under the "My Orders" page from the menu options.
