Can I switch from using my Medical Aid to paying cash?

If your Medical Aid has expired, ended or your funds have depleted, you can switch to being a 'cash' payer.

To do this, simply update your medication payment method on you profile by electing 'cash'.

If you are on one of our subscription services, this will come into effect from your next month's repeat. Your saved payment method will now be charged the R220 service fee and your medication cost each month.
