Can I switch from paying cash to using my Medical Aid?

If you're a subscription customer and would like to start using a Medical Aid scheme to pay for your prescribed medication each month, please update your Medical Aid details on your account. To do this, please see the article How do I update my Medical Aid information?


This will come into effect from your next month’s order.


Once you have added your medical aid details to your profile, navigate to your "My Orders" tab and select the payment type under your existing order to switch to medical aid, or visa versa.


Our Partner Pharmacy may call you to confirm you new Medical Aid details when they receive your next prescription.
