Can I pause my order?

Subscriptions services



Yes! You are welcome to pause your subscription for up to 90 days at a time. To do so, please email us at support@contro.co.za.

If your order is not restarted within 90 days, your prescription will lapse and your order will be cancelled.

Once-off orders



If you have not yet had your consultation, you are welcome to pause your order for up to 55 days. To do so, please email us at support@contro.co.za.

You will be required to have your consultation within 35 days of submitting your health assessment, otherwise, your order will be placed on hold.
