Can I change my medication?

If you are a subscription customer and wish to change your medication to a cheaper alternative or because you are having side effects, you can query your prescribed medication by contacting your assigned Partner Doctor through our Customer Care Team at

Your assigned Partner Doctor will contact you directly to discuss your concerns, and may request a follow-up appointment with you for R150. If deemed appropriate, they can issue you a new prescription which will be delivered to you from the next month.

Please note that we cannot accept the return of any medication.
