Can I be charged on the same date each month for my subscription?
If you are on an event-based plan, you can be charged on the same date of each month for your subscription. Please email us at support@contro.co.za and we will arrange this for you.
However, if you are on a chronic plan, we are unable to charge you on the same date each month as chronic ED medication is a 28-day cycle. If we were to charge you on the same date each month, this would be a 30/31 day gap between each prescription, so within a couple of months, you'd be a whole week behind on pills before your next pack is delivered.
This is why our subscriptions repeat every 28 days.
We do send a 48hr reminder email each month to all subscribers to let you know when we will be trying to process payment.
