What’s the difference between event-based and chronic erectile dysfunction treatment?

Event-based erectile dysfunction treatment contains a higher dosage of the main active ingredient and is to be taken at least 30 minutes before you intend to have intercourse (please check your prescribed medications pamphlet to ensure the medication is taken correctly).

Our event-based plan supplies you with up to 12 tablets consisting of 20mg-50mg of your prescribed medication every month. Your assigned Partner Doctor will prescribe the dosage they determine to be correct for you.

Chronic erectile dysfunction medication is to be taken daily and contains a much lower dosage of the active ingredient, Tadalafil. This allows the individual to perform when they intend to.

Our chronic plan supplies you with 28 tablets consisting of 5mg of your prescribed medication for chronic, everyday use. Chronic erectile dysfunction medication is more expensive than event-based and should be discussed with your assigned Partner Doctor before a decision is made.

At Contro we currently offer varying dosages of both Sildenafil and Tadalafil as event-based tablets, as well as, chronic Tadalafil treatment.

During your Contro consultation with your assigned Partner Doctor, you can ask any questions you may have about erectile dysfunction treatment!
Contro does not provide medical advice. All the above information has been verified and checked by our Partner Doctors.
