Can I increase my medication dosage on my subscription?
If you are on ED subscription medication and would like to increase the dosage you were prescribed, email us at support@contro.co.za and we will pass your message on to your assigned Partner Doctor. They will contact you via email within 48 hours, and if they are happy to increase your dosage without a follow-up appointment, they can update your prescription online. This will automatically update your prescription from the following month.
If you are on an event-based plan, you can also increase the number of tablets you receive each month to up to 16 tablets per month.
If you have signed up for our once-off ED treatment and would like another order, you are welcome to create a new order on your Contro profile, or select our subscription service from the order process to get a guaranteed monthly order for your medication.
