When does my prescription need renewing?

Prescriptions are time-limited under SA medicines regulations. Prescriptions are logged at 6 months intervals at a time.

When yours is approaching renewal, your assigned doctor will request a quick follow-up check-in. You will receive an email with a booking link to book in your check-up appointment.

This appointment is shorter than the initial consult, usually a 5-minute check-in to confirm everything is going well and renew the script for the next 6 months.
