Automatic refills

While your subscription is active, your refills are issued automatically via our system. You do not need to do anything, your repeat order will dispatch on schedule, in line with your treatment plan and medication cycle.


You will receive a 48 hour reminder email before your next repeat is due to inform you when your next repeat will be processed and your account charged. Should you wish to move your order date, you are welcome to contact us via hello@zapmed.co.za or the blue chat button in the bottm right of your screen so we can assist with the change for you.


Kindly please note, if moving your repeat date, this may affect your medication cycle and may mean you receive your next round of medication after your current pack has finished.


To locate your next repeat or order date on your Zapmed profile, you can log-in to your profile and navigate to your "My Orders" tab. Under your existing order, you will see the next order or repeat date.
