When can I get a virtual consultation?

Our Partner Doctors offer consultations Monday-Friday. They occasionally offer consultations on weekends, however please note that our Partner Pharmacy will only be able to process your order on the next business day, and your order will be delivered on weekdays only.

We usually have availability for a consultation within 2 business days of you completing checkout. If you do not see a consultation available within this time, please do message us as we may have another Partner Doctor with more availability.

Zapmed is not an emergency service. If you require urgent care, please seek in-person treatment. We will only offer you a full refund for your consultation if we cannot offer you a consultation within 5 business days, otherwise all sales are final.

If the timing of the consultation is important to you, please message us before completing checkout to confirm our Partner Doctors' availability.
