What does the digital consultation consist of?

Booking Your Consultation

Once you have completed checkout, you will be directed to book your virtual consultation. You can elect to have this via a video call on Google Meet or, if you do not have stable access to internet, you can elect to have a telephonic call.

Please note, if you have a non-South African number, please elect to have a video call as our Partner Doctors cannot call international numbers.

You will be sent reminders by our booking system regarding your consultation.

The Digital Consultation

During your virtual consultation, you assigned Partner Doctor will review your health assessment form with you. They may ask you any additional questions about your health and lifestyle related to the medication you are requesting.

During this time you may also ask them any questions you may have about the medication you are requesting, such as how you should take it.

Together, you and your assigned Partner Doctor can find a medication that suits your needs and finances.

At the end of your consultation, your Partner Doctor will, in their professional and unbiased opinion, either prescribe you a medication or decline your request.

If you are on one of our subscription services, please ensure you confirm with our Partner doctor how much your monthly subscription will come to and that this price if affordable for you.
If you have elected to have your consultation via a video call, please see What do I need for my virtual consultation?
