What do I need for my virtual consultation?
If you have elected to have your virtual consultation via a video call on Google Meet, you can access the link to the consultation on your booking confirmation or on your calendar appointment if you added it to your calendar. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection.
If you are on any medication that may be relevant to the medication you are requesting through our service, it may be helpful for our Partner Doctors if you have this at hand.
We ask that you have the consultation on a device with a camera, and have it switched on during the consultation, as this makes it easier for our Partner Doctors to assess you.
If you want to conduct the consultation on your phone, please make sure you download the Google Meet app from your phone’s app store.
Please see below for the relevant app store download links:
Android - Download Google Meet for Android Devices
Apple - Download Google Meet for Apple Devices
Please note, you will not be able to use Google Meet if you have a Huawei phone, so please select 'telephone consultation' when making your booking.
If you have elected to have your virtual consultation via a telephone call, your assigned Partner Doctor will call you at your consultation time. Please ensure you have sufficient cell phone service for your call.
If you are on any medication that may be relevant to the medication you are requesting through our service, it may be helpful for our Partner Doctors if you have this at hand.
