Can I get more than one month of medication sent to me?
If you are a subscription customer and need an extra month’s worth of medication, for example if you're travelling or want to skip your period, please email us at hello@zapmed.co.za and we can arrange for the delivery of an extra month’s worth of medication.
You will be charged for the price of your medication and our service fee for each of the month's you require upfront.
If you are a medical aid customer, some medical aid schemes do not allow for additional claims to be made for the same medication in the same month, and you may be required to pay privately for the extra month's supply. We will contact you if there is an issue with your claim.
