Can I ask my assigned Partner Doctor about other medical concerns?

Unfortunately not. Your virtual consultation is only for the medication/treatment you have requested through our service. You are welcome to ask your Partner Doctor any questions relating to this service during the consultation, but our Partner Doctors cannot answer any questions about other medical concerns.

If you would like to continue your relationship with your assigned Partner Doctor outside of Contro to discuss other medical concerns, you are welcome to ask them during your consultation for their practice details, or contact us afterwards and we can forward you their details. Any appointments made this way are exclusive of Contro, and will be at the Partner Doctor’s normal practice costs and appointment times.

Please note, our Partner Doctors are only able to prescribe you medication for the services we offer, they cannot prescribe any additional medication you may require.
