Can I use my medical aid with Zapmed's GP service?

Unfortunately at this time, you are unable to use your medical aid to cover your consultation fees. However, after a successful consultation you will be emailed your prescription which can be taken to your local pharmacy for dispensing. Depending on your medical aid plan, you will be able to use your scheme or savings to cover the cost of your medication.

You will also receive an invoice for the consultation/service fee (R450) which you can use to claim back directly from your medical aid provider.
