Why is your Partner Pharmacy calling me?

Our Partner Pharmacy, Medipost, will call you once they receive your first prescription through our service. They will contact you to confirm your delivery, personal and medical aid details (if relevant) before shipping your medication. If you have any further questions about the medication, you are welcome to ask their pharmacists at this point.

Our Partner Pharmacy will not need to contact you again unless there has been a delivery or medical aid issue or if they need to confirm any change of your details.

Please note: Our Partner Pharmacy will be unable to proceed with the delivery of your medication if they are unable to confirm your delivery details with you. You can expect a call and/or email from them within a 2 business days after your initial consultation with one of our Partner Doctors.
