Why has my order been 'returned to sender'?
Our Partner Pharmacy will attempt to deliver your medication over a 3 business day period. If after this they are still unable to deliver, and they have been unable to contact you, your medication will be returned to their warehouse.
Please contact us at support@contro.co.za and we will do our best to assist you. Please note, re-routing your order to a different delivery address once your order has been returned to the warehouse will delay your delivery.
