# Our Partner Doctors recommend getting a blood pressure reading every 6 months. 

There are several locations you can get a blood pressure reading: 

* At your yearly physical check-up with your primary doctor you can request for a blood pressure reading
* You can ask your local pharmacy for a blood pressure reading. They may have a machine in-store to do this
* At your local clinics.
