What if I am away on holiday when my delivery is due?

If you know that you will be away on holiday when your delivery is due, please inform us at support@contro.co.za in advance and we will let our Partner Pharmacy know. They will be able to hold your delivery. You can also nominate a different address for your medication to be delivered, this could be with a friend or another location within South Africa. Alternatively, we can arrange for your order to be sent to you early before you travel.

If your medication is already out for delivery, our Partner Pharmacy will attempt to deliver your medication over three business days. If they are unsuccessful over this time, your order will be returned to their warehouse.

You will not be able to change your delivery or delivery address once your order has been despatched.
We can only attempt to re-route your delivery once it has been returned to our partner pharmacy's distribution warehouse by the assigned courier company which can take up to a further 3 business days. Re-routing your order will cause significant delays of your prescribed medication and you will not receive your delivery within our 1 -3 business day policy.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of payment and you are available at the address to sign for your order.
