My tracking says my order was delivered but I can’t find it.
Please check any out-houses or areas around your delivery address in case the delivery driver left your order in a safe place, or check with your neighbours or other members of staff if delivered to a work address.
Please also check the tracking information for your delivery to see who signed for your parcel. See How do I track my medication delivery?
If you still cannot find your order, please contact us at support@contro.co.za and we will do our best to resolve this as soon as possible.
