My premature ejaculation treatment is not working for me, what do I do?

If you are a monthly subscription customer and your prescribed treatment is not working for you, you are welcome to contact hello@zapmed.co.za for further assistance on how to speak to your assigned Partner Doctor.

The cost of a follow-up consultation for subscription customers is R220. Once you have had your follow-up consultation, you would then be charged for your next month’s service fee and adjusted medication cost.

Please note that follow-up consultations only apply to subscription-based customers. If you have placed a once-off order for medication, you will need to create a new order on your profile in order to consult with one of our Partner Doctors again.
