# I took a break from Zapmed's service, and I want to restart my subscription, can I get a repeat of my previous prescribed medication?

If you previously paused your subscription with Zapmed, you are able to re-start your subscription within 3 months (90 days) of this paused date. 

If you paused your subscription **more than 3 months ago**, your order will be cancelled automatically and you will be required to make a make a new order and attend another digital consultation to receive an updated prescription. . 

The Partner Doctor may have a few follow-up health questions for your safety, but they’ll do their best to make sure you get what you need as fast as possible.
