How do I track my medication delivery?

Once you have received an SMS from our Partner Pharmacy informing you that your order has been dispatched, you can track your medication.

To track your medication and its delivery status, please click here.
Use the tracking number provided in the SMS sent from the Partner Pharmacy to track your parcel.

You can also find the link to track your medication on your account. Please log in to your account via our website using your login details. Navigate to “My details” in the side menu, and click on the “Order history” tab at the top of the page. Here you will find a list of your orders.

Click on the link to “Track my parcel”.

The first two characters of your tracking number will tell you which courier company to track your order with.

For all delivery queries please contact our Partner Pharmacy's tracking department on +27 21 426 4000 or by emailing tracking@medipost.co.za. Please quote your Medipost profile number (can be found under the My details section or your ID number when querying your order.

Please note, unfortunately, you will be unable to make changes to your delivery address once payment has been received and you have received your Payment Confirmation email (invoice) from Contro.
We can only attempt to re-route your delivery once it has been returned to our partner pharmacy's distribution warehouse by the assigned courier company which can take up to a further 3 business days. Re-routing your order will cause significant delays of your prescribed medication and you will not receive your delivery within our 1 -3 business day policy.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of payment and you are available at the address to sign for your order.
