# How do I reset my account password?

### To reset your account password:

1. Go to the [Login](https://www.contro.co.za/login) page. 
2. Enter your email address and click the “Forgot Password?” button. 
3. This will send an email to your registered email address with a link to reset your password.

| If you are having trouble logging in, please ensure you have no spacing or capitals in your email address as this is case-sensitive.
