How do I create an order for haemorrhoid treatment?
To book a consultation with our partner doctors and receive treatment please follow the below step-by-step process:
Simply sign up (https://www.contro.co.za/signup), verify your email and login;
Select "Make new order" and our haemorrhoid treatment service;
Complete our secure online health assessment, pay our service fee at checkout and book your virtual or telephonic consultation at a time that suits you;
During your consult your Partner Doctor will determine the best treatment for you, confirm the cost, and issue a prescription for your medication. Your debit or credit card will be charged at this time.
Our Partner Pharmacy will then deliver your medication for free to the address provided on your Contro Profile within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday between 08:00am and 18:00pm).
If you have already signed up and created your profile, all you need to do is log in (https://www.contro.co.za/login) and proceed from step number 2 in the process above.
Please note the following:
Our service fee includes the doctor's and prescription management fees, and free delivery anywhere in South Africa.
As a cash customer, your medication cost is charged separately and depends on your diagnosis by the doctor.
If you are a medical aid patient - your medication cost should be covered subject to your medical aid plan, however, the service fee is still required to be paid privately.
