# How do I contact my assigned Partner Doctor if I need to?

If you have any queries or concerns you want to chat to your Partner Doctor about after your consultation regarding your prescribed, you can email doctors@zapmed.co.za and we will forward your message to your assigned Partner Doctor. They will then respond within 2 business days.

|| Please note if the matter you are attempting to contact your Partner Doctor about is an emergency, you should contact emergency services immediately on 112, your nearest hospital or your primary doctor. Our Partner Doctors cannot attend to you effectively in an emergency situation and you should get assistance as soon as possible.
