How am I charged for my premature ejaculation monthly subscription service?
All customers are charged their first month’s R150 service fee at checkout. This is non-refundable. After a successful consultation, cash customers will be charged again for the price of their prescribed medication.
For the preceding months of the subscription, cash customers will be charged our R150 service fee combined with the cost of their medication in a single transaction.
Medical aid customers are only charged our R150 service fee on each subscription repeat date. Our Partner Pharmacy will attempt your medical aid claim for the cost of your prescribed medication once your order has been received after a successful consultation.
Kindly note, payments occur in the form of a debit order from the saved card details listed on your Contro profile. We are unable to accept EFTs, deposits or cash on delivery payments.
