# How am I charged by Zapmed for my once-off treatment service?

A once-off treatment consultation with one of our Partner Doctors costs **R450**. This includes all doctors fees, prescription fees and delivery. 

After a successful consultation, cash customers will additionally be charged for their prescribed medication. The treatment price will vary and will depend on which medication(s) your assigned Partner Doctor prescribes you. Our Partner Doctors will always work within your budget and ensure you get the best possible treatment available. 

Your saved payment method will be charged immediately after your consultation for your prescribed medication cost. 

| You can now request a script to be sent to you via email for our once-off services only, it's FREE! 

|| Please note, if you require further treatment after your initial prescription/medication has been received, you will need to create a new order on your Zapmed profile in order to receive an updated prescription for further medication. 
|| Your assigned doctor will need to re-evaluate your continued/progressive symptoms and determine more advanced treatment plans to further assist you.
