# Do I need an existing prescription to use your service?

No, you do not need an existing prescription to use our service. During your once-off consultation, your assigned Partner Doctor will, if approved, generate a prescription for your requested medication or treatment. 

|| We cannot accept any previous prescriptions. To use our service you must have a consultation with one of our Partner Doctors who will, via our system, produce a prescription for you.
