# Can I have a follow-up consultation?

### Subscription services

You are welcome to book a follow-up consultation at anytime during your subscription to discuss your prescribed medication for R220. To arrange this, please email us at hello@zapmed.co.za. 

If you have a quick query about your prescribed medication, you can email your question to doctors@zapmed.co.za and your assigned Partner Doctor will respond within 2 business days. They may request it is best to discuss your issue in a follow-up consultation. 


### Once-off services

If you require further treatment, you are welcome to sign in to your Zapmed profile and select "Make a new order" from the menu options. If you require any assistance, please email us at hello@zapmed.co.za.
