# Can I get a copy of my prescription?

Prescriptions are generated and sent for our once-off services only. Unfortunately prescriptions are unable to be sent for any of our subscription based services, such as:

1. Birth Control;
2. Hairloss;
3. Premature Ejaculation;
4. Erectile Dysfunction.
5. Weightloss 

*All of our prescriptions are internally generated and sent to our Partner Pharmacy via our API integration. Therefore there is no physical prescription that can be sent to you for any of the above mentioned services.*

| If you have a once-off order, your prescription will automatically be sent to your email inbox after a successful consultation. 

# Why once-off prescriptions only?
We have implemented e-prescriptions for our once-off services that we have determined may require urgent or earliest treatment.
