# Can I collect my genital herpes medication from a collection point near me?

Yes, our Partner Pharmacy has pick-up locations available to collect your medication at, however, it is important to note that collection takes between 1-3 business days as the pharmacy needs to source stock, package your medication and dispatch it to your closest pick-up location. 

Our Partner Pharmacy will reach out to you once they have received your prescription to confirm your address which you can then advise on your collection request as well. 

Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive an SMS to confirm your collection is ready and you can then head over to collect it.
