# Can I change my medication?

If you are a subscription customer and wish to change your medication to a cheaper alternative or because you are having side effects, you can query your prescribed medication by contacting your assigned Partner Doctor through our Customer Care Team at hello@zapmed.co.za

Your assigned Partner Doctor will contact you to discuss your concerns, and may request a follow-up appointment with you for R220. If deemed appropriate, they can issue you a new prescription which will be delivered to you from the next month.
