# Can I ask my assigned Partner Doctor about other medical concerns?

Unfortunately not. Your virtual consultation is only for the medication/treatment you have requested through our service. You are welcome to ask your Partner Doctor any questions relating to this service during the consultation, but our Partner Doctors cannot answer any questions about other medical concerns. 

If you would like to continue your relationship with your assigned Partner Doctor outside of Zapmed to discuss other medical concerns, you are welcome to ask them during your consultation for their practice details, or contact us afterwards and we can forward you their details. Any appointments made this way are exclusive of Zapmed, and will be at the Partner Doctor’s normal practice costs and appointment times.
